Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to the sale of goods and services. Bozzad does not monitor or guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of products sold on user-created stores.
Payments and Transactions: Bozzad integrates with third-party payment processors like Paystack for secure payment processing. Bozzad is not responsible for the handling of your payment information, and you agree to the terms of use of any payment processor used in the transaction.

4. User-Generated Content
Bozzad allows users to post content, including text, images, and comments, in stores, posts, and other areas. By posting or sharing content, you agree to the following:

4.1 Content Ownership and Responsibility
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on Bozzad, but you grant Bozzad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

This ensures that the applicable law may vary based on your location but is primarily centered on Bozzad's base of operations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution
